A first look, a few tears, a radiant bride, a new home created, and a wedding laden with pretty details. Nick and Stephanie’s day was everything a wedding should be, and more. It was in the air, it was there as the girls crowded into the bridal suite at Swaneset and excitedly got ready. It was there as Nick took sight of his bride, as the families took sight of this sweet couple, starting a home together and honouring the Lord. It was there as Stephanie’s uncle, a pastor, performed the ceremony and announced them Mr & Mrs, and then as the newlyweds made their sparkler exit as the night came to a close.
I don’t think Stephanie could have wiped away her smile all day, even if she tried. I don’t think I could have, and their’s being our second wedding that weekend, I found myself propelled by the joy of the day’s celebration.
I was smitten with Stephanie’s choice of gown, by Maggie Sottero, and her Kate Spade flats…
One of the loveliest invitation suites…it included a photo from their engagement session, in which Stephanie included hints of their wedding colours. Love this girl’s attention to detail! ;)
So thankful for the amazing summer weather that has continued throughout September!
