Scott and Lisa owe their relationship to their two best friends. It was four years ago that they first introduced Scott and Lisa to each other, at a Canuck’s game. It was another two years later, two years of growth and experience, when the timing was right. Again hanging out with their friends, Scott and Lisa met again and soon there was texting and soon after, dating. There was a mix of joy and worry on their friends’ part…what if it didn’t work out? Their best friends were getting married and Lisa and Scott were set to be the maid of honor and best man and would have to walk down the aisle together.
Fortunately for everyone involved, it has worked out, quite wonderfully. Scott and Lisa will be taking another walk down the aisle together, next summer, as husband and wife at the stunning Rowena’s Inn on the River. And I’m so grateful that I’ll be there to document it.
We roamed Bear Creek Park in Surrey, a place Scott and Lisa frequent together…and the light was particularly lovely…
Scott has spent the last 23 years on this football field, playing and now coaching, so it was only fitting to pay a visit with the camera…
